Oregon Stock Photography

Mike Putnam is the founder and owner of Pacific Crest Stock Photography.  Pacific Crest Stock is a highly selective high end stock photography company based in Bend, Oregon.

For those of you unfamiliar with “Stock Photography”, It involves the licensing of images to other businesses for marketing, advertising, or editorial purposes.  Stock photos are  images that have already been taken of a given subject and they are already, “In Stock”.  Using stock photos for marketing or advertising purposes saves money because it doesn’t require paying a premium to photographers for assignment work which is much more expensive than licensing stock photography from a business, like Pacific Crest Stock.  Pacific Crest Stock has a diverse collection of  Landscape and outdoor adventure photos that capture the stunning beauty found in the beautiful back country and wilderness areas that surround Bend, Oregon and the Central Oregon area.

    Hi Mike love your photos I have tons but always so nice to see more and different shots …I never am lucky enough to see the early morning shots in person and so appreciate yours. I just finished the paintings of Tumalo Falls and Sparks Lake Will send you a link soon…
    I took some colors from your Photos and included them on my paintings as The colors were so great…
    I always change things on my paintings …
    Who does your websites? Ineed to get one up as I have a lot of paintings around here … Everyone says I should sell them never have .. But would be nice to recoup some of the costs … Also framing is a big expense where are your frames made? We live right above Lake Billy Chinook if your ever up this way stop in .6431 SW WREN ST Culver,Or .. Have a lot of shots of the lake
